Soy puertorriqueña = I’m Puerto Rican.
To be more precise, I’m 75% Puerto Rican and the rest Italian…or to be more precise again, Sicilian.

Everywhere I turn someone is reminding me to get my flu shots. I see it as I walk into the grocery stores and drug stores (Flu Shots Offered Here!), it’s all over the news…I even see it at 8 a.m. when my dad decides that 8 a.m. is the opportune moment to text and remind me to get a shot…right dad. Sometimes I wonder if I should have ever taught him how to text.

Move in day was different for me the first time at my former college my freshman year. I had no idea what was in store for my move-in day at OSU. Turns out, wasn't so bad.

Move in week is just around the corner and you may be doing some final shopping for school. There are a few things that you want to make sure you have with you that you may not have thought of. I certainly could have done with some of these things when I first moved in.
